Welcome to the ae44 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ae44 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using ae44's website, app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. ae44 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ae44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be genuine.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the ae44 support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure platform security, ae44 may request identity verification documents (national ID or other government-issued documents) at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use ae44's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country or region from which you are playing.
• You must not appear on any government or international sanctions list.
• You are using ae44's services voluntarily and are of sound mind.

ae44 is committed to ensuring responsible gaming at all times. If evidence is found that a minor has opened an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

As a new member of ae44, you will receive a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus calculation follows the example below:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → Total balance ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is valid for a specific period; the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• An account may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• A bonus may only be used in the games specified in the relevant promotion.
• Claiming the same bonus from a different device or IP address will be considered fraud.

4.4 VIP Program

ae44's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ae44 currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services:

5.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

9.2 Suspension or Closure by ae44

ae44 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Detection of a minor's account.
• Being inactive for a long period (12 consecutive months).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

For inactive accounts, the balance will be kept secure and the relevant member will be notified in advance where applicable.
